 It may seem like a balance cut due to the following reasons :
 a) Operator not sending pop up
 b) Missed USSD
 
This message may cause worry, as you expect us to maintain main balance.
 But if we do not get pop-up,or fail to read pop-up, we may not have kept main balance current.
